Synopsis:
The Avengers search out for Firebird in hopes of offering her membership. Meanwhile, Pym, who has sank further into his depression decides to prepare for his suicide and make sure their are no loose ends in his life. The Avengers are attacked by Sunstroke, Gilla, Cactus and Butte. They defeat them and confront their master, Dominus. Dominus uses Dr. Doom's time machine to send them back in time. Pym's suicide is interrupted by Firebird who makes a desperate plea for life.

Synopsis:
Firebird convinces Pym to choose life. Meanwhile, the Avengers find themselves in 1876 and meet up with Two-Gun Kid, Rawhide Kid and the Night Rider. They also learn, unfortunately, that the time machine is broken and can only be set for the past. They help the Western heroes defeat a gang of super-powered villains. They then prepare the time machine to send them back into the past hoping to meet up with the Rama-Tut to get home. Night Rider, who has grown fond of Mockingbird, kidnaps her as the others are swept back in time.

Synopsis:
The Avengers face off against a Spanish army in 1776 and then meet up with one of Firebird's ancestors. They give her a note hoping that it will be passed down her family and alert the current Firebird. Night Rider has given Mockingbird a love potion and she falls for him. Two-Gun Kid and Rawhide Kid try to free her, but they can't handle both of them. Meanwhile, Firebird listens to Pym and tries to help him through his identity crisis.

Synopsis:
The Avengers, in 1776, make their way across America and the Pacific to Egypt where they use the time machine to go back to 2920 BC. When they arrive they are attacked, but eventually get to Rama-Tut who has lost his mind. He tells them to go back to his first reign so they can use his machines. A more powerful Rama-Tut is waiting for them and he defeats them. Meanwhile, back in the present, Firebird continues Pym's counseling.
